This Saturday, 23rd of October we will be talking about well-being and as the end of the year comes how to turn our ideal, dreams and plans into action!
We will have two key-note speakers:
Diana Marshall, who will talk about reducing stress through breathing techniques as well as how right breathing can support weight loss. If time allows us, you’ll also learn about Yoga of Laugh.
Aga Szczesniak, will led us through the process from an idea through planning to the implementation of our dreams. The New Year’s validity period is approaching, so some of you will have chance to learn how to turn your ideas into executable plans!
