“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'' asked Alice
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to" said the Cat.
"I don't much care where" said Alice.
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go" said the Cat.

I help women to remind them, how amazing they are and work with them on identifying their strengths, visualise their dreams, set up goals and build their independence.

At work, I select techniques individually to my client’s needs. I use:

  • coaching
  • training and
  • mentoring.

To support a creative process and achieve the highest possible results, I adopt various tools such as coaching cards, psychometric tools, games and visualisation.

Nevertheless, my main technique focuses on asking right questions, because no one knows better you than yourself. And my role is to support you, to bring your potential out and build on it.

I want my clients to take a full advantage from working with me and discover their full potential.

Aga Szczesniak coaching in motion for women in Sydney

When it is difficult to open up, focus, think or challenge ourselves, there is nothing more powerful, than coaching in motion

I delivery coaching in motion to clients who for some reasons feel blocked, shy, uncomfortable with taking about themselves or their problems. It is also a great alternative for people who feel, they need to be constantly moving.

Coaching in motion is a walk, during which we are working on a selected topic. Such form helps refocus mind and direct it to the topic rather then a client or me as a coach.

Sessions are available only in Sydney.

Sometimes, regardless how much we might like or love somebody, problems in communication might come between. Being tangled in various emotions, prevents us from openly expressing, what is really important.

As a certified mediator I help couples and organisations resolve disputes and conflicts. In my line of work I emphasise the NVC approach (Nonviolent Communication) developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg in which a core focus goes for understanding and expressing needs.
